Setup steps

  1. On the phone itself, open a browser, log in to this dashboard, and come back to this page.
  2. Tap Download our724.apk above.
  3. Android will likely block the install the first time — it's not from the Play Store, so this is expected. Tap Settings on the warning and turn on "Allow from this source" for your browser (exact wording varies by phone).
  4. Open the downloaded file and tap Install. If Play Protect flags it as unrecognized, that's expected for an app outside the Play Store — choose Install anyway.
  5. Open our724. When it asks for location permission, choose "Allow all the time" — not just "While using the app", or tracking stops the moment the screen locks.
  6. Exempt the app from battery optimization: Settings → Apps → our724 → Battery → Unrestricted (path varies by phone manufacturer). Without this, the phone may silently kill tracking in the background.
  7. Back on the dashboard, click Add device under "My devices" — it shows a device ID and key, once.
  8. Paste that ID and key into the app's setup screen, then tap Start tracking.
